Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

Reporting to the Finance Manager (FP&A China) to support planning, reporting and analysis for China and also oversee the FP&A work in China.

Develop appropriate business modeling for driving overall business performance improvement in partnership with other functional teams. Investigate variances against budget/forecast and provide analysis of differences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

• Manage and consolidate month-end regular reporting deliverables
• Prepare on-time monthly / ad-hoc management reporting and presentation for Greater China
• Define, analyse and communicate key metrics and business trends for the management team with identifying revenue drivers, cost drivers and business opportunities.
• Support functional leaders with data analysis to track performance against target on saving commitment and business initiatives.
• Coordinate and consolidate strategic plan, annual operating plan and rolling forecast with various sites;
• Develop business models for decision making;
• Support ad hoc cross- functional projects & analysis.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

• At least 5 years experience in FP&A duties in MNC
• Proficiency in MS office (word, excel and powerpoint) or Google apps (Sheets, Presentation)
• Highly analytical, independent, well organized and detail oriented
• Result-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Good interpersonal skill, able to communicate well in a complex organization
• Proficient in English and Mandarin

EDUCATION 学历和专业:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance or Accounting field, preferably with professional qualifications
