Overview

We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Venture Scouts (VS) to join our Web 3 and deep-tech venture capital firm. The VS will play a critical role in identifying high-potential investment opportunities within the AI or Quantum ecosystems and leveraging their synergies with Web3. This position is ideal for an individual with deep connections in emerging AI or Quantum companies and a passion for driving innovation.

Role and Responsibilities:

Dealflow Generation

• Build and maintain a robust network within the AI or Quantum deep-tech ecosystems, including startups, founders, developers, and industry influencers.
• Proactively identify and engage with promising startups, founders, and projects for investment consideration.
• Evaluate investment opportunities by conducting market research, assessing business models, and reviewing technical capabilities.
• Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and meetups to enhance deal flow.
• Collaborate closely with the investment team to refine sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with the firm’s investment thesis.

Skill requirements

• Proven track record in building deep networks within AI or Quantum deep-tech ecosystems, particularly with early-stage ventures, and the venture capital ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex technical and financial information.
