About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our business team for a fintech startup focused on the Americas region, providing digital financial services designed for the region’s specific needs.. You will play a crucial role in defining, creating and executing branding, marketing approach, and digital/social media campaigns to launch our new product to the regional markets and drive customer acquisition and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Manage social media, SEO, PPC, and content strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling messaging, visuals and branding.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies and tactics based on analytics.
• Stay ahead of fintech marketing trends and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms) and social media channels (Whatsapp, TikTok, Facebook)
• Strong SEO, SEM, and social media marketing knowledge.
• Ability to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of content strategy and brand positioning.
• 3+ years experience in marketing of digital financial services, ideally in Central America and/or startup environment
• Languages: English, Spanish
