The Security team is responsible for and committed to securing all things at TRM. From our customers to our code, and everything in between, the security team is involved in all aspects of the business.
We are looking for a Security Systems Administrator to join our growing team, enhancing the daily operations of TRM’s IT infrastructure and services. You’ll work on securing our corporate software, services, tooling, and infrastructure, having a critical part in our security posture at TRM.

The impact you'll have here:

Provide operations support and maintenance for cloud environments, SaaS applications, and related information security technology assets.
Work with management to define the appropriate standards, policies, procedures, and technologies.
Deploy endpoints to our remote workforce
Develop and maintain technical support/knowledge base.
Develop Service Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and 3rd party compliance teams to ensure transparency, respond to questions, and gather supporting evidence.
Schedule hardware and software upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs.
Resolve security incidents to support availability requirements.
Develop and maintain installation, operations, and configuration procedures.
Assist with the secure integration of cloud applications and infrastructure.
Assist with implementing highly-available hardware and software systems across multiple operating systems.

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting applications, desktop and mobile devices, and related IT infrastructure solutions in a cloud-only organization
A long history of providing excellent customer service
Experience applying a risk-based approach to decision making
Ability to distill a technical topic down for a wide audience
2+ years of experience administering a Google Workspace or Office365 environment with Administrator access
Experience with device management software, such as Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, etc.)
Experience applying a risk-based approach to decision making

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $156,000.
Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.

Please note – we factor in the different costs for geographies outside the United States.
