About the Position
The Marketing team at TRM Labs is looking for a Project Manager — Brand Design and Localization (Contract) to bring clarity, consistency, and operational excellence to two critical workflows: (1) localization for marketing and other collateral and (2) the go-to-market design (GTM) pipeline.
This role sits within Marketing and partners closely with Regional Marketing (APAC, LATAM, EMEA), Demand Gen, and Sales Enablement. You’ll keep projects moving, enforce brief hygiene, and ensure that localized and GTM assets ship on time, on brand, and with high quality — without adding process bloat.
Because all translation requests route back through Design for final review and production readiness, these two areas naturally overlap. This role ensures localization requests are captured, prioritized, tracked, reviewed, and delivered through the same disciplined pipeline as other GTM design work — so localized assets meet TRM’s creative standards and campaign needs.
The impact you will have
1) Manage the GTM design request pipeline, prioritization, and resourcing
- Own the intake, tracking, and prioritization of GTM and marketing design requests across stakeholders including marketing, production designers, contract designers, and creative directors
- Triage incoming work, clarify requirements, and route requests to appropriate internal designers or contractors based on capacity and timelines
- Reinforce workflow maturity and hygiene, including:
- Brief templates and intake completeness
- Metadata and versioning conventions
- Review workflows and feedback discipline
- Asset archival and documentation updates
- Brief templates and intake completeness
- Maintain visibility into the pipeline through dashboards or tracking systems, proactively flagging risks and bottlenecks
- Partner with Brand and Marketing leads to ensure creative output supports coherent storytelling and a unified visual system
- Train and onboard new designers and contractors on TRM’s brand, processes, documentation, and working norms
2) Lead the localization workflow across collateral + website
- Own end-to-end localization operations for key marketing assets and web experiences, ensuring smooth handoffs from source creation through translation, review, QA, and delivery
- Serve as the primary POC and administrator for localization tooling
- Maintain localization best practices: translation memory, glossaries, brand voice guides, regional review loops, and source file readiness
- Partner with regional teams across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA to prioritize assets based on regional demand and campaign timelines
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships (translators, reviewers, localization partners), ensuring quality, accountability, and turnaround performance
- Ensure translations align with campaign objectives, regulatory requirements (as applicable), and TRM’s brand standards
- Implement and enforce QA standards (terminology consistency, brand voice, layout integrity, functional links, formatting, and publishing readiness)
- Document workflows and train stakeholders on how to request, review, and ship localized assets efficiently
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, brand production, localization operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience running localization workflows for marketing or brand content across multiple regions
- Working knowledge of common creative and localization tools, ideally including Smartcat, Figma, and Adobe InDesign (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and make prioritization decisions calmly and transparently
- Strong operational instincts: you naturally build lightweight systems, enforce clarity, and improve process without slowing teams down
- Exceptional attention to detail — especially in asset QA, file hygiene, version control, and consistency across channels
- Strong written communication skills and comfort working asynchronously across time zones
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership; you can manage independently with minimal oversight
About the team
- A global Marketing team spanning Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Ops
- Strong async culture with structured rituals (planning, sprint tracking, retrospectives, shared documentation)
- High-trust environment that values clarity, ownership, and thoughtful collaboration
- Core collaboration hours overlap with 11am–2pm ET, but the role is fully remote and flexible
Why this role matters
This role makes it possible for TRM to scale brand consistency globally while moving quickly. You’ll ensure our GTM design system stays organized and our localization pipeline runs smoothly — so teams across regions can execute campaigns that feel local, on-brand, and high-impact.
