The Business Development Executive is responsible for lead generation and sales of the business products and services to existing and prospective clients in line with company growth strategies. Working within the Sales and Marketing Management team you will also be responsible for educating prospective clients about all aspects of our next-generation digital advertising services and how they can be leveraged to the benefit of each client’s individual needs. Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company to assist in building brand recognition across the industry.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, technologically minded salesperson.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written, have strong telesales skills and a hunger to succeed.

The position is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package + generous OTE. In current circumstances, this would be a work-from-home position but a candidate in close travelling distance to our Swansea offices would be preferred. Time management and the ability to work unsupervised is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships by engaging at an executive level and understanding their strategic KPIs
  • Own the success of each client by ensuring onboarding and product integration are in line with the company processes
  • Share expertise and advise clients on new opportunities to generate continued results
  • Fully comprehend the technology, monetization strategies, ad tech ecosystem and publisher requirements to intelligently identify new opportunities
  • Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development & features
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across business & tech teams
  • Present products and services to prospective clients globally


  • 1+ years technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of business development
  • A natural affinity for tech and an interest in the developments of digital technology
  • Strong telesales skills
  • Tenacious, highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, including excellent written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
  • Self-starter with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and ecosystem
  • Using CRM to manage and develop sales pipeline
  • Happy to travel internationally, when required
