Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

  • To enhance organizational capability in operation standardization and excellence. Initiate a proactive approach to review and support the manufacturing critical process standardization between production sites.
  • The candidate is required to drive standardization of approach in HTL and Woven heat applied product application, Best Practice, BP sharing and technical support.
  • The candidate is also required create and facilitate the transfer of critical SOP, best practices across manufacturing sites, ensuring that we have the same protocols within our company manufacturing approach, and deliver a seamless service to the customer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Lead and conduct problem solving with technical developments and quality issues. Identify and diagnose problem, including scope and level of complexity
  • Summarize critical results and observations. Write in-depth technical reports. Orally present findings to team and management.
  • Conduct audit on sites & prepare audit report
  • Identity improvement areas/plan and align with site GMs and plant managers
  • Work closely with lab and production personnel. Provide technical guidance. Delegate, coach, train and mentor others in the organization
  • Report the audit result and improvement action progress to key stakeholders periodically
  • Coordinate communication and facilitate improvement together with the sites
  • Monitor the key metrics performance and review improvement actions effectiveness
  • Drive and improve the framework on operation foundation & management mechanism in manufacturing sites
  • Create and implement standard working practices for country level application support and deliver an application escalation process which is clear to both Avery Dennison and our customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing field, preferred in multi-national company
  • Excellent presentation skills & communication skills in both oral and written English
  • Strong attention to detail, independent worker with strong problem solving skill
