The purpose of this role is to:

  • Working closely and collaboratively with operation, commercial and regional stakeholders to provide high quality reporting & analysis and support in explanation to business.

Strong financial planning, analysis, and organizational skills coupled with an attention to detail are a must. Rich experience managing/interpreting/enhancing data from multiple systems to support decision-making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

The main duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Regularly manage the Commercial reporting related to Sales, Pricing, etc

  • Market insights on apparel imports, inventory and brand customer results

  • Manage the Ops reporting related to Capex, PPR, Inflation, Raw Material cost out, etc

  • Review & support the restructuring proposal & related cost, benefit and HC reportings.

  • Periodic HFM submissions & regional validation for various reviews

  • Support the MBR, QBR, AOP & Strat Plan preparation & reviews.

  • Review & manage product profitability from the new model and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

  • Support bridging process for Ops & Commercial inputs and review regional/global summary.

  • Manage the product profit allocation process for different business units.

  • AIP framework & on going reporting

Experience:

  • Strong evidence of establishing and driving FP&A activities within an international landscape. You will be an analytical thinker with proven experience managing frameworks/governance to drive daily concepts which deliver longer-term vision.

  • The ability to drive and demonstrate partnership, transparency, control and collaboration are key requirements of this role

  • Exceptional data management and analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions

  • Capable of working on multiple deliverables, in a dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly.

  • Ability to articulate scenario modeling, investment appraisals, and cost-benefit analysis across a wide variety of complex projects.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor degree and CA with approx 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance/Project Management
