Job Description
Are you ready for the challenge of solving complex technical problems within manufacturing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? And eager to test your skills in an international context? Our 2-year-rotational European Graduate Program will offer you the opportunity to work in diverse assignments within Operations / Manufacturing in different teams across Europe!
In this position, you will be based in our production site in Soignies - and get the chance to rotate to an assignment in one of our other production sites across Europe in your second year. You will be empowered to take responsibility fast - and encouraged to dive into all aspects of our operations, from day-to-day activities to strategic manufacturing projects. But it will not only be about becoming a technical expert. To really drive a sustainable continuous improvement in the sites, you will need to demonstrate your communication and leadership skills to make an impact.
Your tasks may include activities such as:
- Support of local & European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Enterprise Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation and Environment Health & Safety
- Involvement in project work such as new equipment installation / machine modifications
- Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation

Qualifications
We are looking for agile problem-solvers who enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. And who are striving to make a difference by contributing their own strengths and ideas.
What we also expect you to have:
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Engineering field
- First relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), preferably in an international manufacturing environment
- A good level of English
- Willingness to relocate to different projects and locations across Europe during the program
