职位描述

1. Drive for internal continuous quality improvement and help company to achieve the defined quality targets; 2. Termly andling of quality deviations from production process to make sure of a vital product quality assurance system； 3. Lead the relevant team to establish and improve our quality system from incoming to outgoing quality control, right procdures of quality nonconformity, alert, waiver control etc. 4. Participation in customer complaint handling together with related stakeholder, leading 4/8D plan, PDCA and make sure the on time implementation and verification; 5. Leading and coordinating the internal/external quality audits, presenting good audit performance； 6. Perform data analysis and and seek for continous improvement opportunities to always drive for better quality system and overall quality performance; 7. Termly quailty review meeting with quality team and other quality stakeholders on NC, claim, critical issues, quality KPI to make sure ontime follow up. 8. Termly review and update of quality control plan, SOPs and WIs. Support of NPI quality. 9. Training to quailty/production/engineering team. 10. Support supervisor on implementation of quality related initiatives from Corp. Quality and OGSM 11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in related field； 2. At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing qualitymanagement and control area; Electronic or aotumatic industry experience is preferred； 3. Good English speeking and writing skills; 4. Proficient in quality skills/tools,qualified on qualify system(VD6.3/ISO14000/45000/FSC.etc)； 5. Good learning ability, communication skills and data analysis abilities； 6. Careful work, self-motivated, target orientation, good team spirit and able to work independently.
