Job Description

What we can offer you! - Your Role:

In this exciting and diverse role of high impact, we are hiring an energized, tenacious, and highly driven Account Manager / Sales Manager - South Eastern Europe to join our Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions business (graphics.averydennison.com) in Horní Počernice (Prague - hybrid working model) with a direct reporting line to our Sales Director Eastern Europe.

Your Mission:

  • While traveling extensively within South Eastern Europe (appr. 40-60% of your time) you will be our face to the Distribution Network Business for our Graphics Portfolio customers (Resellers, Converters & Printers) and develop new opportunities by increasing and exceeding customer excellence and experience.
  • You will use your industry expertise and experience to strategically manage our accounts and help them discover the benefits and experiential value of solution selling, and organizing product training sessions, application workshops and alike.
  • As a great support to your distribution sales force and key converters, you will improve added customer value by demonstrating our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy.
  • Thus, opting for our sales position certainly means going all out for an exciting, dynamic and multi-faceted opportunity, offering new and insightful challenges each day within the graphic films and adhesive industry.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • (University) Degree is welcome
  • Previous work experience of 5+ years in applicable sales or related key account management environments with a proficient understanding of strategic selling (B2B sales and/or Advertising industry) combined with conversion / printing techniques and application methods
  • Consistent track record of successful negotiations
  • Fluency in Czech and English, any additional Eastern European language is a big advantage
  • Valid driving licence is mandatory
