职位描述

• 区域经销商管理，了解市场及竞争对手动向，制定中长期计划。

• 依据公司的经销商策略，制定相应的管理计划，完成公司目标要求。

• 理解公司战略，改善产品的采购结构，提升经销商的盈利能力。

• 关注经销商重点的新项目，及时对内反馈，跟进新产品开发，实现共同增长并帮助拓展新领域。

• 跨部门紧密沟通，跟进处理客户投诉及终端产品使用反馈。

• 更新及维护salesforce等销售工具，保持健康的pipeline。

• 配合财务与信控跟进客户收款，根据客户情况给予信用额度。

职位要求

• 本科及以上学历。

• 5-10年销售工作经验，项目管理经验，具有包装或材料行业经验优先

• 目标明确，善于表达、有进取心，销售思路清晰，有较好的服务意识 。

• 有判断力，能够独立决断合理的事宜。沟通技巧熟练，应对复杂的事宜。

• 多部门协同配合能力。

• 有驾照、需要驾驶自有车辆拜访客户。
