Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- To understand customers’ requirements, competitive actions, market insights, trends & product benchmarking

- To prepare product strategy roadmaps, bring in new ideas for growth and value engineering

- To prepare strategic marketing plans for the development and introduction of new products

- Project Management - Lead the development projects with internal and external eco-system

- To drive product launches with communication and training of the value propositions of the products. Ensure that the new products are introduced professionally, with appropriate positioning, pricing, sales materials, promotions campaigns and accompanying services.

- Collaborate with Procurement and R&D to identify new and improved component initiatives.

- Analysis of product portfolio for actionable outcome, Monitor product profitability and take proactive actions. Initiate and implement cost savings activities.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

We are looking for a candidate with an Engineering or an MBA background, with 1 to 5 years of industry experience with:

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong teamwork and relationship building skills to influence the team members

• Strong competence of analytical, Strategic thinking and IT skills

• Possess project management experience and skills

• Experience in product development and product commercialization processes

• Competitor, Customer and Supplier ecosystem knowledge to build Product Portfolio Roadmap

• Knowledge on Internal capability, limitations and people ecosystem

• Knowledge about Product life cycle at converters and end-users
