Job Description

As a HR Business Partner, this role will be responsible for all HR interventions within the business. The role will report to the Country HR Manager - Turkey and will have a strong working relationship with the Plant HR Manager, Saray. This role will be initially an individual contributor’s role. This role will deal with all aspects of Country HR that includes HR Planning and Budgeting, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organization Design and Development.

The role would champion the values & ethics of the company as well as Business Conduct.

The HRBP should be skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues and possess excellent presentation skills with a prominent leadership presence.

  • HR Planning & Budgeting - Develop the overall HR strategy and annual plan for the business based on market requirements and corporate guidelines.
  • Organization Design - Review the organization structure along with the business teams, and advise the right structure to improve productivity, create a leaner structure and improve communication flow.
  • Talent Acquisition - Work with the relevant stakeholders in the Business to ensure that the right talent is hired in a timely manner with the regional TA Lead.
  • Change Management - Will lead all change management initiatives relevant to the business. Will have the support of the regional L&OD Lead to execute the change management initiatives.
  • Performance Management - Will be the custodian of the Performance Management process for the business. In partnership with the Leadership Team and Functional Managers; ensure that the business priorities and objectives are cascaded to the individuals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Learning and Development - Ensure proper execution of the Learning and Development initiatives by working collaboratively with the regional L&OD lead and corporate to deliver best-in-class training content relevant to the local needs.
  • Talent Retention - Work in partnership with the Country Leadership Team, Functional Managers to identify key talent based on the LDR framework and ensure strong execution of the development plans for each key talent.
  • HR Budget - prepare and monitor the HR Budget, review recruiting/structures periodically and ensure that the Budgets and Plans are suitably modified to cater to the changing business needs.
  • Total Rewards - review and elevate Compensation & Benefits offerings by benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • A professional qualification in Management or Human Resources Management with 5-8 years experience.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is desired.
  • Ability to multi-task and a desire to be hands-on with both strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems from data and come up with solutions.
  • Have played HRBP or related roles for a best in class company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Been an excellent team player. Should have demonstrated collaborative behavior in one or more roles in her career.
  • Proven track record of trusted and transparent way of working.
  • Strong grip over computers and ability to work seamlessly in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google systems.
  • Leadership presence and gravitas required for the role to interface with leadership teams, functional managers and global stakeholders.
  • An attitude and approach to win by making others win also.
