Job Description

At our Distribution Center in Poland we are operating with nearly 100 fresh minds full of inspiring ideas for more than 20 years and now you can join our modern environment facility in Brwinów (Warshaw Area), where we are on a daily contact with all our Eastern European customers and suppliers to set sustainable momentum for everyone.

What we can offer you! - Your Role:

In this role of high impact as Customer Service Representative - Eastern Europe (label.averydennison.com) we are looking for a fresh mind to join our high performing team on-site with direct reporting line to our Customer Service Coordinator.

Your Mission:

  • On a daily base you will be the first contact person by phone and/or email to our customers in Ukraine, Baltic, Poland and Central Asian countries when they want to place a new order, or give feedback on our materials.
  • You will strengthen these business relationships by setting high standards in servicing their requests, and by increasing our company's sustainable approach.
  • As a smiling and reliable face to your customers you will improve added customer value by demonstrating our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy.
  • On top, you will gain insights in our entire manufacturing world of self-adhesive labels since you work together with our sales representatives and our supply chain teams to ensure great service conditions as well as high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • (University) Degree is welcome
  • Previous work experience of 2+ years from a call center / (internal) sales / customer service function ideally within manufacturing / production industry
  • Whereas Polish is a MUST as well as fluency in English, Russian will be a plus.
  • Ideally, you have a valid driving license and a car of your own
  • Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing a sustainable business to set your career at Avery Dennison
