职位描述

• 和制程工程师一起，带领技术员团队，确保IC工序的正常运行，令停机时间降至最低；

• 负责IC员工的培训和发展，包括技术员和操作员；

• 协助工程师完成技术员的月度绩效评估和改善；

• 负责IC工序生产技术和制程的改善；

• 制程/设备/产品问题的原因分析并解决；

• 通过进行预防性维护以保证设备处于良好工作状态；

• 负责设备维护指引的编写、更新和相关记录的存档；

• 创建或修改工艺文件，并确保其被遵守；

• 备件及相关供应商的管理；

• 工装夹具的设计和库存管理；

• 协助NPI工程师进行新产品生产，并从制程的角度来分析生产结果；

• 上级安排的其他工作；

• 本工作需要配合生产进行倒班。

职位要求

• 2年及以上电子制造业/半导体行业 IE, PE ,ME工作经验，有一定的项目改善经验。

• 有跨国公司工作经验为佳

• 熟悉MS Office, AutoCAD及相关工作软件

• 逻辑思维，良好的分析能力

• 良好的报告编写能力

• 熟悉IC芯片生产的流程、设备和生产模式

• 有工装夹具、模具等设计维护的经验

• 有改善并优化生产制程的经验

• 积极主动，务实的工作态度

• 有学习意愿及较强的学习能力

• 能在压力下工作，能适应独立工作的工作模式

• 具有团队协作精神，贡献于团队目标并有良好的沟通协调能力

• 目标、绩效为导向。

• 能适应倒班的生产需求

• 有改善并优化生产制程的经验。
