Job Description

• Plan and manage resources of the production unit to achieve production plan and reliability target.
• Drive RFID production team to achieve the quality target, manage and lead the group to adopt good 5S practice and comply with EHS requirements.
• Provide technical support for other departments or site.
• Ensure all production machines under a good condition.
• To provide on-the-job training to the operator, production assistant and line leader.
• Optimize the production workflow and reduce scrap rate and cost.
• To manage and monitor the discipline of all workers.
• Assist to drive 6 Sigma project in workshop and Lean activities implement.
• Ensure all employees participate company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.

Qualifications

• College or above
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Good reading and writing in English.
• Computer knowledge especially in Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills and capable to work independently.
• Good at teamwork.
• Quick learner and detail minded
• Willing to work under pressure.
