ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Developing functional coating by formulation design & advanced materials.
• Application of coating on labels and adjust performance based on requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE

• Lead the development of new coating products and processes.

• Develop project plans and lead projects from prototypes to product development to scale-up and commercialization.

• Collaboration with project team and marketing to drive innovation and product promotion.

• Conduct hand-on formulation design based on CTQs.

• Involved in coating process and scaling up.

• Build and expand coating technology through careful study of the literature, new scientific discovery, external development and development of intellectual property.

• Write technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.

• Develop and maintain a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

职位要求

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING IN FOR YOU

• Ph.D. in materials science/polymer science/chemistry or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in the materials/chemical industry, especially in coating & polymer processing.

• Detailed knowledge of polymers, coatings, polymer processing, familiar with characterization/analysis techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong project leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Teamwork spirit.

• Proficient in English with outstanding technical writing ability.

• Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures.
