• 定义和推出需求预测与库存目标协作流程；

• 保证Inventory Turn 的目标达成与持续提升；

• 负责Peak Season制定Demand与Material Plan；

• 组织每月与销售和供应团队的需求回顾会议，调整月度需求计划与物料计划；

• 优化统计预测，分析历史数据，预测模型，以及趋势/季节性和事件；

• 跟进实际收单与趋势预测，反应供应情况、库存水平；

• 在满足客户需求的同时，在成本优化过程中实现供需平衡；

• 监督物料计划执行，负责异常情况协调，推动问题解决。

职位要求

• 5年以上预测、需求计划或相关工作经验。必须有供应链经验；

• 本科及以上学历，数学、工商管理、供应链管理或相关专业优先；

• 过程意识强，数据敏感，有清晰地大局意识和足够的细节意识，有较强的学习意愿，善于分析，注重组织和主动性；

• 了解SAP,ERP和BI经验者优先；

• 熟练使用Microsoft Excel数据库、Powerpoint；

• 良好的中英文口语与书面沟通能力；

• 优秀的沟通、分析和解决问题的能力。
