Job Description
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Speciality Product Range in the Nordic region. You will foster strong relationships with customers and partners, identify and address their unique needs, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management (60%)
- Partner with customers and partners to understand their needs and drive sales growth of the Speciality Product Range.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Account Ownership and Development (20%)
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, building relationships and promoting our full range of products and services.
- Industry Engagement (10%)
- Engage with industry suppliers and participate in relevant events to establish yourself as a technical expert.
- Product Training and Support (5%)
- Provide training to internal teams and customers on our products and applications.
- General Activities (5%)
- Respond to customer inquiries, participate in testing, and contribute to additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in technical or economic sciences preferable or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven technical sales experience
- Product and technical knowledge
- Industry, End-User and Market knowledge
- Strong negotiations skill
- Strong Analytical skills
- Understanding and ability to use financial tools to draft robust business deals.
- Must be able to navigate and manage an matrix based organisation where we operate with many touch points on a daily basis.
