Job Description

The Commercial Manager - Workwear will develop and execute our global commercial strategy, driving sales and managing key client relationships, including resellers/distributors. This role covers the Workwear segment, including laundry, and focuses on market expansion and product promotion. The role will report directly to the Global Segment Lead Director for Workwear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the commercial strategy for the Workwear segment.

• Identify new business opportunities in laundry, workwear, and corporate promotional wear.

• Manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement levels.

• Promote products related to embellishments, labels, branding, and identification.

• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to drive product promotion and market penetration.

• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key clients and stakeholders.

• Monitor commercial performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, margins, and market share, and report these.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial management experience, preferably in the industry.

• Strong understanding of the laundry, workwear, and PPE markets.

• Strong understanding of digital solutions for the apparel market.

• Ability to adapt and lead teams in a dynamic environment.

• Creativity and innovation, with an entrepreneurial spirit for growing sustainable business.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally (40-60% travel required) and a valid driving license.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
