Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will support the overall sales growth effort by selling directly to customers and/or key distributors via remote distance selling. You will aim to generate revenue and/or profit margin by servicing small to midsize accounts. You will require minimal travel and may work with field sales representatives by providing sales support, follow-up, etc.


  • To grow the business by managing and growing the existing accounts and identifying and growing new accounts.
  • Maintain regular service and calls to existing customers in a nominated territory to achieve set targets.
  • Promote the use of products to new and existing customers through the application of selling skills and building relationships with all levels within the target customers.
  • Identify new product opportunities with customers for Avery Dennison’s products.
  • Build and maintain the opportunity pipeline that supports the growth targets of your territory.
  • Remain current on territory and market trends. Promote and sell new product innovations and execute on quarterly Marketing campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports, both for Internal and Customer.
  • Regular travel to Customers for meetings


  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 1-3 year prior sales/customer service or related experience required. Ideally within B2B manufacturing/printing/chemical or packaging environments
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Industry, products and applications.
  • Good written, verbal and telephone skills.
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google and function specific software.
  • Proven sales negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
