Job Description
Providing regular customer support, On-site and remotely, for installation, training, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance on a daily basis
Responsible for providing consultations for product knowledge as well as its solutions value
Regular internal alignments with local and overseas teams such as SME, Commercial, Development, and other team
Build & maintain good relationships and trust within the internal team as well as external customers
Provide evaluation visit, close monitoring for pilot projects, and guide customer through development stages
Become eyes & ears for the company, feedback insights for any threats and opportunities to related team
Regular reporting and analysis for support and product improvement
Provide support for internal print testing & machine checking.
Support ad-hoc projects
Occasional travelling to remote locations and overseas when require
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology/Mechanical/Electronics/IT or related
- Welcoming experienced Field Service Engineer (minimum 4-5 years)
- Have good knowledge of Automation PLC, Radio Frequency, and IoT devices
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Experienced in working with Apparel Industry
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-Discipline
- Computer & applications literate
- Work in flexible shifts and adapt to changing work environment
