Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of our electrical systems. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise as you work alongside a team of proven professionals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, determining the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of faulty electrical components and mechanical equipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Work closely with teams from different departments to find areas where processes can be improved, and effectively implement those changes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Continuously search out improvement methods for product and process quality to reduce waste and rework.
The hourly rate for this position is $24.96-$31.62 / hour + $2 shift differential.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- We welcome applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 3-5 years maintenance experience. Preference will be given to candidates with industrial experience, a technical degree, or certification in electrical maintenance.
- Willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
- Able to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
