ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

你将负责艾利丹尼森特性材料部的产品线(耐久标签、功能胶带等)在华东地区的客户管理,并协调和推进区域(或指定客户群)的其他销售及经销商完成本产品线的年度销售数字目标。作为艾利丹尼森特性材料部品牌形象的第一窗口,为客户创造价值,并为艾利的业务带来持续增长。

你需要具备丰富的商务和技术应用经验,梳理出客户的需求和痛点,帮助产品管理部门和研发部门更有效地进行新产品开发和产品线管理。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • 负责客户的商务流程,订单管理,处理投诉和收款等日常工作,做好公司和客户之间的中间环节

  • 区域产品线的重点客户管理及大客户策略制定

  • 影响并促进区域/客户群内各部门销售协同合作来达到年度销售计划

  • 配合产品市场/业务拓展部门做好最终用户的发展工作

  • 协调管理从终端客户到直接客户之间的信息沟通以及项目协作

  • 积极开发潜在的客户;做好售前、售后服务

  • 跨部门沟通合作来确保客户需求得到及时反馈和业务拓展

  • 洞察及反馈本地区/客户群内各主要竞争对手的情况

  • 做好主要客户的培训工作

职位要求

  • 本科以上学历

  • 书面英语流畅,口语能简单沟通,CET4以上

  • 具有电子/汽车/工业相关从业经验,熟悉行业产业链概况和主要客户

  • 8年以上销售相关工作经验

  • 极强的责任心及丰富的销售经验,有较强的市场敏感性和洞察力

  • 良好的跨部门/跨区域沟通和协调能力,具有良好的团队精神

  • 了解价值型销售的方法,具备大客户管理经验

  • 具有标签或胶水/胶带/功能材料相关从业经验尤佳
