Job Description

• Data Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates of key supply chain metrics (stock on hand, order on hand, goods in transit, arrival schedules).
• Inventory Simulation: Assist in weekly inventory simulations by updating inventory levels and sales data.
• Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Reporting: Create clear reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Support: Provide data-driven support to material handling and service teams on various projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Skills:
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Mindset:
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptability to new systems and processes.
• Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis tools like Python, R, SQL, or Power BI.
- Experience in building and maintaining planning systems.
- Familiarity with process documentation and improvement.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end planning (supply planning a must, customer service and production scheduling a plus).
