Job Description

• 独立处理客户投诉,责任判定及原因分析,投诉的赔偿处理

• 就客户要求与生产部门的协调工作,提高客户满意度

• 客户技术支持及相关培训

• 完成上司所安排的其他任务

Qualifications

• +3年工作经验, 熟悉标签加工工艺及设备,熟悉自动贴标,打印等标签应用工艺(有标签印刷相关方面操作经验或精通自动贴标机者优先),

• 可以独立分析常见的印刷故障, 解决印刷技术问题

• 具备良好的分析问题及逻辑思维能力

• 具备良好的人际沟通能力,沟通技巧.

• 可以独立完成客户技术培训

• 良好的英语读写能力

• 具备一定计算机操作能力

• 有电子标签相关工作经验

EDUCATION:

• 本科，印刷相关专业.专业技能突出者可放宽学历和专业要求
