Job Description
The successful candidate will form part of an established Research & Development Team and report to the NPI Manager. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Support Product Development & Prototype Mfg. with the guidance from NPI & NPD Engineers & Manager.
- Laboratory testing & maintenance of testing files.
- Assist in the creation and review of design files / laboratory reports.
- Completing real time & accelerated stability studies & reports.
- Monitoring laboratory logs (incoming materials, sample identification & ageing studies).
- Monitoring of Data Loggers on weekly basis.
- Sourcing of competitor samples / new materials.
- Maintenance of a clean & organized laboratory & warehouse storage.
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by the NPI Manager.
Qualifications
- Good analytical skill.
- Demonstrable organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Adaptive & capable of working in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
Would be an advantage:
- Degree in a Science discipline.
- 1- 2years experience working in a medical device environment.
- Knowledge of Medical Device manufacturing environment including GMP would be an advantage.
